The Grade II Listed Georgian Farmhouse was restored and converted to a bed & breakfast in 2008 and then developed into a Farmhouse self-catering with two additional cottages, sleeping 16 guests in total, in 2016.   The addition of the biomass heated indoor swimming pool ensured that we had a weather proof option for guess. 

Launceston Farm is the shared site for the annual Great Dorset Steam Fair which is held over the August bank holiday weekend.  The world record breaking fair is one of the most celebrated, and largest, gatherings of steam powered vehicles in the world and regularly attracts over 200,000 visitors.
